چکیده
The aim of the research is to find out relationship between paternalistic leadership behaviours public primary school principals and teachers’ organizational creativity dissent perception levels according perceptions teachers. Correlational survey method was utilized in research. sample consists 1059 teachers working schools selected by methods stratified sampling Mardin city center 8 districts during 2016-2017 academic year. data were obtained using “Headmasters’ Paternalistic Leadership Behaviours Scale”, “Organizational Creativity Scale” Dissent Scale”. analysis revealed following findings: There a positive significant correlation administrators toward behaviors found be predictor dissent. headmasters should exhibit benevolent that enchance perceptions, such as endeavouring create family milieu school, being tolerant supporting take initiative.
